Preparing for motherhood with yoga helps us to understand and respond to postural changes and enhance awareness of our pelvic floor muscles. You will learn a range of birthing breaths to put you back in control of your pain relief and the entire birthing process.

Mother and baby yoga classes are the perfect environment for Mum and Baby to connect without the everyday distractions that surround us. The specially adapted postnatal yoga practices combined with baby yoga, ensures your life together begins with rich and fullfilling moments.

Yoga Nidra is the non-chemical tranquilliser, alleviating insomnia and recharging our bodies.
